Hello,
I am a resident on the East side of Carmel (Spring Creek) and am emailing you in support against having the home across
from Trails of Avian Glen being turned into commercial use in the form of State Farm building. It will decrease property
values, increase the risk of traffic accidents and backup as cars turn in and out of the parking lot, and lower the aesthetic
appeal of the area with the lighting and parking lot. There are plenty of other empty commercial buildings available that
State Farm can utilize without moving into this spot.
