Everything around there except the school building and fire department is residential, so this building/area should
remain residential as well. The place for commercial is just a little east off of Hazel Dell, so no need to cause the extra
traffic headache or attention to the beautiful residential area, in my opinion. I live off of Hazel Dell, FYI. Thanks for
considering.
