In response to you requests for additional information:
1) I had thought that I provided stamped truss plans, but will look at this again and resubmit them.
2) We use Bisqueen vapor barriers in the basements and crawlspaces-not the garage.
3) Basement wall height is 9ft-Unbalance fill height is 4 to 6". Please see attached for Rebar information.
4) Rigid insulation board with Dow house wrap on top
Hardi Plank siding or brick veneer over top
Roofing felt
5) I will provide the hard copy floor joist system as soon as possible.
Please see attached for wall section detail and rebar information. I will provided that hard copy information as soon as I can In the
meantime if you need additional information please contact me.
