Please reconsider allowing homes to be transitioned into businesses. This action would change the appearance
especially for those living nearest to this property in addition to the traffic and lighting it will generate. The precedence
this could set for any homeowner selling their property is not one I think should be allowed. Our zoning rules are in
place to protect us from this commercial intrusion.
