RE: Docket No. PZ-2022-00202 DP/ADLS: Buckingham AT&T Carmel Midtown
Dear Mr. Hahn,
The Carmel Plan Commission Hearing Officer took the following action at its in-person meeting on December 1, 2022,
regarding site plan and design approval to construct a multi-building, mixed-use project with a 10-unit townhome
building, a 227-unit multi-family building with an integrated 402 space parking garage, and 7 live/work units. The site is
located at the northwest corner of Third Ave. SW and Industrial Drive, with a current address of 210 3rd Ave. SW. The
site is zoned C-2/Mixed Use District.
APPROVED with Conditions: PZ-2022-00202 DP/ADLS: Buckingham AT&T Carmel Midtown
• Submit lighting cut sheets for proposed fixtures
• Final approval of the Landscape Plan by the Urban Forester
• Petitioner works with DOCS Staff to complete review process in Project Dox.

regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
