new structure, instead of multi-family.
The fee screen and permit type were
updated by S.Lillard on 7/13/06 to
reflect this change.

this permit is FDN ONLY St.#: 318034.
FDN. Conditions RE: This is FDN only.
Building is wood frame construction in
part of the building, and steel frame
construction in the other. Builder will
provide J.Blanchard book on all URL's.
-Builder also reports their design will
be made so that construction meets code,
and variance won't be needed regarding
4-story wood frame construction. Steel
frame area will be in part of building
where any I use is occuring. Parking
Garage in basement.
Project will be phased, and builder will
provide a schedule to Bldg. Division.
Builder has provided Sq.Ft. and unit
breakdowns per floor.
--FEE TALLY for extra/additional
inspects will occur monthly. SNL will
coordinate this with Mark Ellerbusch
of Paric.
--Pre-submittal on 5/24/06, with Rob
Forney of the Lawrence Group, Mark
Ellerbusch of Paric, and three other
sub contractors, and SNL & J.Blanchard.
PER BLANCHARD @ MTG: WE WILL HOLD UP
UNDERSLAB FOR PLUMBER INFO. The Rough
will be hold for submittal, review, and
release of the remainder of the plans
and State release.
PER JIM BLANCHARD: We will assess fees
as a residential new structure (per unit
fees) PLUS, since this is not a typical
project and there is so much square
footage for non-residential, community
use area, a fee will be charged for the
areas that are commercial use. (99,778
sq.ft.) However, no flat rate fee will
be added to that amount. SNL added this
portion of the fee to the fee screen,
as CIINAA fee ID.
This pcnnit is valid only if construction commences ",,'ithin one (I) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Release. All construction
must bc completed (Cia issued) within two (2) years of the issuance date.
