Builder is aware of how inspections will
proceed if tenant permits are pulled
prior to completion of shell. Suite #'s
were discussed. Extra/additional
inspection fees were explained. Builder
is to contact Morris Hensley about the
wells for the elevator(s). Builder is
to tax SNL a copy of their Indianapolis
water permit.
This permit is valid only if construction commences within one (I) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Release. All construction
must be completed (C/O issued) within two (2) yearsof the issuance date. I
