Dear Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals:
I am opposed to the rezoning request for 4991 Main Street from Residential to Commercial and I
encourage the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals to deny the request. There are 2 strip malls within
one mile of the location in question that are already zoned commercial. A State farm office would also
match up nicely with the myriad of multi-use facilities being constructed in and around down town
Carmel 2 miles away. Thank you.
