Positively unnecessary, inappropriate, and unacceptable! Is there ever going to be an end to what Carmel says “yes” to?
Remember those grade school tests where we had to circle the item that did NOT belong? How about circling
COMMERCIAL buildings that do NOT belong with existing houses, schools, churches, soccer and baseball fields, golf
courses, parks, and uncongested open spaces?
Businesses can easily find other adequate locations in the big new buildings that have popped up all around town.
Furthermore, there is no guarantee that in the future this property will continue to be used as proposed. Rezoning this
parcel will open the door for subsequent unknown uses as well as the possibility of additional commercial building going
forward. NO to rezoning! UNNECESSARY.
INAPPROPRIATE. UNACCEPTABLE.
