Docket No. 06030011 ADLS Amend: Meridian Park Place- Signage The applicant seeks approval for two new ground signs. The site is located at 12220 N Meridian is zoned B-2 and is in the U.S. 31 Overlay. Filed by Doug Staley Jr. for Staley Signs, Inc. The applicant is requesting ADLS Amendment approval to reface two existing ground signs at the subject location. Please see the informational packet distributed with the agenda. Both of the signs comply with the ordinance. The site currently has three ground signs. The applicant has purposed to take down one sign and reface the other two signs. The Department recommends that the Special Studies Committee approve the request after all comments and concerns have been addressed.
