Thanks for confirming Greg. I’m adding our others to this email for further coordination as it appears this pole is both a
transmission guy pole and has distribution on it. As I noted in my email in September, since this pole is likely backing up
our transmission line along 111th, this could take awhile to coordinate and execute. It will likely require an outage and
several other steps.
We cannot use dropbox links. Please have the drawings uploaded to our FTP site in the folder under my name:

PW: Mikic5Yuexp2gcG
Wayne/Calan-this is located at pole 838-6137. Please add it to your relocation tracker if Engineering confirms that this
our head guy pole. I would suggest we have a call or send along any estimated timeframes, costs, etc. Thanks,
Ryan

Ryan, yes, it would be all of the internal old subdivision overhead lines, poles and easements vacated. The entire 20 acre
subdivision was vacated and is being turned into an office building development. I guess it would be anything on that
site that is no longer needed to serve the office building. If anything needs to run through the site to the Franciscan
Health site or anywhere else, it would probably need to go underground is my guess but any remaining existing
easements need to be vacated if they weren’t already done so by the subdivision vacation process. Items 52-54 on page
2 of the attached survey mention the instrument numbers of the vacation documents.
I think we emailed back and forth about this a couple times a few months ago, but we are now submitting to the City for
Plan Commission approval. I think construction is planned to start in maybe April or May.
We’ll have someone call the Call Center but if there is anything that needs done separate from Engineering (i.e. vacation
of easements), let me know what other informaton you need. The buyer has an attorney that your real estate
department might need to get in touch with. Let me know what you think.

Greg,
Do you know if the houses on Manchester Ct are still there? Our system shows they are still active accounts.
And the best way to move forward is to call into the Call Center and request an engineering meeting. You can reach the
Call Center at 800-774-0246. They’ll hook you up with an engineering contact to go through. Unfortunately, Ryan nor I
can move forward with anything on our side without a work order being created.

Ryan, this project is being submitted to the City of Carmel TAC today or tomorrow. See the link below for civil plans. I
don’t believe the petitioner has closed on the property yet so not sure if we can begin the process of removal of the
overhead lines in the rear yards of the old subdivision, but if there is anything we can do, let me know. I also don’t have
an electrical site plan yet but can send to you when the electrical engineers get further along. The engineer is R.E.
Dimond and they may have already contacted you.
The address we are using is 10901 North Illinois Street – I’m not sure where the architect got that but probably from the
City.

Greg- It appears that Transmission has a head guy pole and anchor that spans over 111th St and is just west of what was
Tottenham Dr. Not sure if this is in an easement or permit but I can request.
If this pole and anchor need relocated, I’ll say that you should notify us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, since it’s a
transmission structure, it can take a long time to coordinate and execute. It would also need to be assigned to a
Transmission Relocation Project Manager.

Ryan and Damon, we are working on a project at the SW corner of 111th and US 31. It would involve a new office
building where the old subdivision has been vacated. The main street running through the subdivision was Tottenham
Drive but I understand it has also been vacated. I believe the utility easements are still in place but would need vacated
also. Can you let me know what type of facilities you have running along that street and within the old subdivision and
how difficult it will be to relocate. We will likely be submitting plans in November for TAC review through the City of
Carmel. Call to discuss or for more details if you have questions. Thank you.

Sandy, we are proposing to modify the driveway that used to be the subdivision street entrance (Tottenham Drive) – see
the snapshot below – north is up with US 31 on the right. It will be for an office building over the land where the old
subdivision was but has been vacated. The ALTA survey shows that INDOT acquired a couple lots where the street was
re-aligned when they built the 111th Street bridge but the City of Carmel GIS shows 111th Street as being City right-of-
way. I have attached portions of the old US 31 plans from when the work was done to re-align the street.
We were planning to work through the City for permits to modify the drive, but wasn’t sure if we also needed
Commercial Driveway or Right-of-Way Permit from INDOT. INDOT may no longer want those lots so maybe they can be
turned over to the City if hasn’t already happened.

RE: 111th and Illinois St./US31 Development
Dear Mr. Snelling:
In response to your recent request, this letter is to advise you that TriCo Regional
Sewer Utility has determined that the project mentioned above is located within the
utilities’ service area. In addition, sewer capacity exists, and facilities are available
to provide sanitary sewer service which will be subject to all TriCo ordinances,
construction, and inspection requirements. The project as we understand it will be
tying into the Springmill Road Interceptor Sewer which will ultimately direct
wastewater flow to the TriCo’s Michigan Road Wastewater Treatment Plant.
This letter shall not be construed as approval of any plans for the project. It will be
at the sole discretion of the developer to extend sewers to connect this project to
TriCo’s existing sewer.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or need additional
information.
