I’m adding our others to this email for further coordination as it appears this pole is both a transmission guy pole and has distribution on it. As I noted in my email in September, since this pole is likely backing up our transmission line along 111th, this could take awhile to coordinate and execute. It will likely require an outage and several other steps. We cannot use dropbox links. The entire 20 acre subdivision was vacated and is being turned into an office building development. I guess it would be anything on that site that is no longer needed to serve the office building. If anything needs to run through the site to the Franciscan Health site or anywhere else, it would probably need to go underground is my guess but any remaining existing easements need to be vacated if they weren’t already done so by the subdivision vacation process. Items 52-54 on page 2 of the attached survey mention the instrument numbers of the vacation documents. I think we emailed back and forth about this a couple times a few months ago, but we are now submitting to the City for Plan Commission approval. I think construction is planned to start in maybe April or May. We’ll have someone call the Call Center but if there is anything that needs done separate from Engineering (i.e. vacation of easements), let me know what other informaton you need. The buyer has an attorney that your real estate department might need to get in touch with. Let me know what you think. 2 Thank you. It will be for an office building over the land where the old subdivision was but has been vacated. The ALTA survey shows that INDOT acquired a couple lots where the street was re-aligned when they built the 111th Street bridge but the City of Carmel GIS shows 111th Street as being City right-of- way. I have attached portions of the old US 31 plans from when the work was done to re-align the street. We were planning to work through the City for permits to modify the drive, but wasn’t sure if we also needed Commercial Driveway or Right-of-Way Permit from INDOT. INDOT may no longer want those lots so maybe they can be turned over to the City if hasn’t already happened. 3 You might want to call me at your convenience to discuss it. Thank you.
