Materials, colors, and style should compliment the existing stmcture's architecture and colors. The stmcture at this address is primarily brick and is oC a very traditional style. The resulting kiosk and signage should utilize earth tones and natural materials to the extent possible. A brushed metal kiosk (as shown in the original proposal) would not be approved. as it is not in character with the building, let alone the larger context. Given that this submission has completely disregarded the above, the department will NOT support the approval of this structure.
