Standard Powder Coating
The steel frame is shot-blasted according to SSPC SP-10 to
near white conditions. This removes all oil, grease, scale
and rust prior to the final cleansing stage. The powder coat
is then applied through an electrostatic spray process, and
baked at 450 degrees to fuse it to the metal.

Powder Coat Primer
Our primer is applied when field painting is required. The
powder coat finish provides a good base for other paints and
offers superior corrosion protection over typical water-based
red oxide primers.
