The enclosed preliminary plat is being sent to you for review prior to the Carmel T AC
meeting of September, 2001. As shown, the replat of these two lots consists of changing
the common lot line to allow for desired location of house position by both parties
involved. All utilities are in place and will not be relocated. Please review this plat and
