Included are revisions to the cart corrals that Lee Rades and myself have talked to you
about, The elevations for these revisions would not need to change. The only difference is
the concrete backer wall. The wall would then be dressed up with a CMU veneer. A
concrete wall in the middle of the cart corrals would need to be installed for added stability-
We would also place drainage holes in the concrete base to allow water to flow out. TIlls
would need to be determined once they are placed on the site to match existing flow lines.
Our main purpose for using this detail instead of the original ones, is we would not need to
rip up the asphalt in order to install these items,

Per the conversation you had with Lee Rades, I have included a full scale site plan indicating where
we plan on installing the cart corrals, one large scale color elevation of the cart coral, and five
81/2"xll" copies of the details, plans and sections. As Lee mentioned we are working on another
solution that will take advantage of some precast cart corrals.
Jon, thank you for all your help and understanding on our little problem. Lee and myself really
appreciate your helpfulness and willing to put up with all of our calls and questions. If you there is
anything else we need to supply, do not hesitate to give me a call.
