The approval of this variance will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community because: Approval will not be injurious to public health, safety, morals or general welfare of the community as it will increase the landscape and property values of the whole neighborhood and make a safer environment for us with less lot coverage and fewer steps in interior of house. The strict application of the terms of the Unified Development to the property will result in practical difficulties in the use of the property because: Approval of this application will make property a safer environment for the owner/occupants as it will most the of living area on the same level reducing the use of steps for daily activities for the senior occupants and the changes will increase the property value for owner as well increase the neighborhood property values.
