APPROVED: Docket No. 06070005 V Development Standards Variance for off-premise signage with the Condition that "consent to encroach" is obtained from the Board of Public Works. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approvals must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
