Dear Ms. Packard:
At the meeting held Monday, July 24, 2006, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at the comers
of Charring Cross Road and 126th Street, Kensington Road and Gray Road, and Bentley Drive and Gray Road.
APPROVED: Docket No. 06070005 V Development Standards Variance for off-premise signage with the
Condition that "consent to encroach" is obtained from the Board of Public Works.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approvals must
have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is July 24,2007.
