Please find this to be a request for Zoning Verification Letter Request on the above stated property. We
are researching these matters for a zoning compliance report. Please incorporate the answers to the
following questions in a letter on letterhead.
• What is the current zone of the property? Are there any overlay districts?
• Requesting copies of any Copies of Approved Variances, Conditional and Special Use Permits
(excluding signs), Special Exceptions, Zoning Cases, Resolution, Ordinances, Site Plans and
copies of property conformance status (legal conforming, legal non-conforming or illegal non-
conforming) Please provide a copy.
• Is the property permitted in the Use Designation?
• Are there any conformance issues with the property?
• Are there any open/unresolved Zoning and Building Code violations on file?
• Was a Certificate of Occupancy issued? If so, please provide a copy. If not, is the lack of
Certificate of Occupancy on file considered a violation? What constitutes the need for a new
Certificate of Occupancy?
• Are there any current or pending plans for road work that would cause the property to lose land
for improvements?
