At the meeting held Monday, July 24, 2006, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Development Standards Variance application filed by you for the property located at 110055 N. Michigan
Road.
APPROVED: Docket No. 06060009 V Development Standards Variance for greenbelt and parking lot perimeter
planting.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have
been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is July 24,2007.
