During the initial design of the Huntington Bank they did not realize they needed it because they thought it was done, They have since agreed to but in the required plant material, but the space change would require a new design. They are trying to avoid that. Using only the description "Greenbelt & Parking Lot Permiter Planting" as a guide, I strongly suspect that I and my neighbors may object to any variance that would further reduce the plants and green-space in the area. It is already being paved and built rather heavily. Any further information you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
