Hunters Quest Shopping Center
Dear Mr. Riley,
I have reviewed the elevation and permit application you are submitting for Canna Raised.
Our sign package is attached to this email. For this package, the wall sign can be no wider than
85% of the spandrel panel width and no higher than 70 % of the spandrel panel height, for each
tenant. Your spandrel panel is 240 inches by 18 inches. 85% of 240 is 204 inches, and 70% of 18
inches is 12.6 inches. Thus, your proposed sign complies with our sign package.
As owner of shopping center where 116 East Carmel Drive is located, we hereby authorize Riley
Signs and Sheet Metal and its agents to install said sign at 116 East Carmel Drive, Indiana 46032 at
Canna Raised CBD. We also authorize Riley to install a temporary banner at the same location until the
permanent sign is installed.

RE: Modification of Tenant Sign Criteria for 19030005 ADLS Amend

Hunters Quest Shopping Center
To the Department of Community Services,
In 2019, The Fineberg Group, LLC filed for and received approval for an amendment of its
sign package for the Hunters Quest Shopping Center. The docket number is 19030005 ADLS
Amend. Specifically, in Section Al- New Storefront Sign Requirements, the following line:
"The raceway shall be painted the color of the building, and shall be a 3-inch depth as
measured from the fascia."
shall be replaced with:
"The raceway shall be painted the color of the building, and it shall be no deeper than
4.5 inches, as measured from the fascia."
We are making this modification due to the fact that it was discovered during the
fabricating process that the minimum depth to safely and effectively house the components in
the raceway was 4.5 inches.
We request that this letter be made part of the approval for 19030005 ADLS Amend, and
that it be added to the public record.
