There has apparently been some pushback on Elizabeth Marshall buying and occupying this property for her business. I
want to express my support for Elizabeth and her team. As a Carmel resident for going on 14 yrs, I’ve used Elizabeth’s
team for my home and car insurance during that time. They run a very successful State Farm team and have a process
that is very client friendly and honest. They have done a great job restoring and taking care of their current building in
Broad Ripple.
The Carmel building in question is currently a massive eyesore every time I take my kids to that soccer field. This
desperately needs to be fixed. The drawing she is proposing would drastically increase the look and feel that Carmel is
known for and has worked hard to develop over the years. I’m not sure why anyone would argue against this
change. Based off the current location and traffic, this realistically shouldn’t be residential and does need to be
commercial. Please support her in her effort to improve this building and location.
