stands of vegetation will more than accomplish a desired buffer effect, additional plant
material shall be installed to comply with Section 6 of the Grannan Grove PUD

Buffer Easements be fatally damage or destroyed during construction. Also, no single
species of replacement plantings shall exceed 15% of the total replacement quantity.
