The site is located on the north side of West 136th Street, ~ mile east of Towne Road. The site is zoned 8-1/Residence. Filed by Dave Barnes of Weihe Engineers, Inc. for Anthony and Alice Papay. The applicant is proposing to plat a I-lot subdivision on approximately 4.37 acres in an 8-1 zone. The subdivision lies on the north side of 136th 8treetjust east of Towne Road. Please refer to the informational packet submitted by the applicant for an overview of the proposed plat. The Department has no outstanding issues with this request. If there are no concerns raised by the public or comments from Plan Commission members that may be resolved in committee, the Department would recommend that the Plan Commission suspend its rules and move to approve the Primary Plat Application at this meeting.
