UTILITY SUMMARY FOR THE SANCTUARY
Electric
Electric service will be provided by Indianapolis Power & Light Company (IPL). The
development will be served by existing power service along I06th Street, Ditch Road and
Crooked Stick Lane. The exact route and locations will be determined by IPL.
Telephone
Telephone service will be provided by Ameritech. The development will be serviced by
existing telephone facilities along I06th Street, Ditch Road and Crooked Stick Lane. The
exact route and locations will be determined by Ameritech.
Water
Water service will be provided by Indianapolis Water Company (IWC). There are
existing l2-inch watermains located along the North side of l06th Street and the West
side of Crooked Stick Lane. The exact connection point and design will be provided by
IWC.
Sanitary Sewer
Sanitary sewer service will be provided by the Clay Township Regional Waste District
(CTRWD). The Springmill interceptor follows Spring Mill Run along the South side of
I06th Street and crosses to the North side at approximately Crooked Stick Lane. _
Connection will be made at manhole SR-9 on the Springmill interceptor where the pipe
size is lO-inch.
Drainage
There are basically two existing watersheds involved with this site. The northern portion
of the site presently drains North to Will Creek. The southern portion of the site
presently drains South to Spring Mill Run. Ultimately, both drains empty into Williams
Creek. Post-developed conditions generally will follow the same path through a series of
swales and pipes directing stormwater to retention ponds located at the northeasterly and
southwesterly comers of this site. From these points the storm water will be released in
to Will Creek and Spring Mill Run respectively, at a controlled rate, which will meet or
exceed all current requirements.

Gas
Natural gas service will be provided by Vectren Energy. There is an existing 8-inch gas
main located on the South side of 106th Street. Approximately 450-feet of gas main must
be installed along Crooked Stick Lane from the existing gas main South of 106th Street to
the proposed entry to serve this subdivision. The exact route, size, and design will be
provided by Vectren Energy.
Cable
Cable service will be provided bJ: Comcast Cable. The development will be served by
existing cable service along 106 Street, Ditch Road and Crooked Stick Lane. The exact
route and locations will be determined by Comcast Cable.

Construction Sequence Summary

This project will be developed as one section. All earthmoving, utilities and infrastructure
will be completed simultaneously for the entire project area. Temporary erosion protection
will be provided prior to construction activities and permanent erosion control will be
installed following the installation of improvements.
