RE: Docket No. PZ-2022-00184 DP/ADLS: Old Meridian Street Apartments
Dear Mr. Allen,
The Carmel Plan Commission Hearing Officer took the following action at its in-person meeting on October 6, 2022,
regarding site plan and design approval to develop a new mixed-use building, with approximately 685,000 sq. ft. of
commercial space, 275 apartments, 10 condominiums, and a parking garage for approximately 427 vehicles. The site is
located at (proposed address of) 12895 Old Meridian Street, between Grand Blvd. and Main Street. (The current address is
0 Old Meridian Street.) The site is zoned C-2/Mixed Use District.
APPROVED with Conditions: PZ-2022-00184 DP/ADLS: Old Meridian Street Apartments
• Final approval letters needed from: Urban Forestry, Engineering, Utilities, Transportation Systems,
Fire, and Information Systems
• Petitioner works with DOCS Staff to complete review process in Project Dox.
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
