The site is located at 12999 Pennsylvania St. It is zoned UR/Urban Residential. APPROVED with CONDITIONS: PZ-2023-00001 ADLS Amendment: Majestic of Carmel Renovations • Addressing all remaining TAC review comments, • Adjusting column design of Porte Cochere to be more proportionate, • Adding 2 inverted U bicycle parking racks (for 4 bike parking spaces), • Multiuse Path compliance via a contribution to City’s non-reverting thoroughfare fund, • Seeking necessary BZA variances for signage, and • Finalizing permits/approvals needed for patio construction and approved renovations. In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
