I also want to let you know, so you are not surprised, that planning staff cannot be supportive of the short term residential rental request, as the zoning ordinance directs us to not be supportive of first time requests. Don't be alarmed by that, just make sure that you present a good case to the BZA hearing officer as to why you think you should be granted approval. My ID and Car Registration showing I live at 1630 E. 109th Street. Also, My registration has me as Schueller and not Messer but I had a divorce and it was final in October 2022. I have my divorce decree showing the legal name change if you need it. The Affidavit from the original application that I had notarized. The CURRENT ad that will go out on the 14th she said. The receipt of payment as well. Also, Signarama is getting the sign together today and will have it for me to pick up tomorrow and place in the yard. I'll get the document notarized as soon as it is placed. The document says 20 days before hearing though. Should I change that part before having it notarized since it is a few days late from going in the yard? Can you tell me what of all these documents need to go on the ProjectDox and to which folder? Also, adding a pretty winter picture of the barn. :-) 1 2
