Wetland delineation is being performed. . Petitioners are looking at pulling lots 64-72 back, so that they won't have to relocate the ditch flowing from Iioladay Hills & Dales. . Note location of mound on Perez ground. . Work on reducing swala length, especially behind lots 171-178. . Debris/animal guard on open-ended inlets and lake outfalls is requested. Highway Comments: . Revise plans. HAYHILL SECTION 1 (WATEASTONEI Surveyor: . The developer has not yet determined whether or not the drains will be regulated. The Weteratone site has been annexed into Carmel. If a petition to regulate is made, then the easements should be widened to 15' per half (30' total) to conform with IC 36-9- 27-33(c). This comment applies to the other sect-ions of Windpointe and etonewick as well. . Swales exceed the normal recommended length. Further investigation of soil types and topography may reveal large sand and gravel deposits, which may mean that absorption rates are high thus reducing the amount of runoff flowing through the swales. . We recommend debris/animal guard for open-ended inlet on lot 22. . Walk out will be 2' above the 100 year flood elevation. . Erosion protection may be warranted in the 90' turn in swale in lot 15.
