Please find copies of two letters attached to this memo. Mr. Paul Reis of The Reis Law Firm has
requested that the following two items be tabled and placed on the December 18th Plan Commission
agenda for public hearing:
Item 3h.
Docket No. 127.01 7.; U.S. Highway 31 & 146th Street PUD
Petitioner seeks favorable recommendation of a rezone from the B-3 (Business)
and R-1 (Residence) districts to a PUD/planned unit development district on
56.79 acres. The site is located at the southwest corner of US Highway 31 and

East 146 treet.
