Ij. Docket No. 129-01 ADLS; USTA Office Building
Petitioner seeks Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping & Signage for an office
Building. The site is located on the northwest comer of East 96th Street and the Monon
Greenway. The site is zoned PUD/Planned Unit Development (2-361).

Please refer to the informational packet submitted by the applicant for an overview of the
proposed facility.
The Department has no outstanding issues with the landscape, lighting or building designs.
However, the sign proposed on the northwest face of the building is proposed to be a cabinet
style, not individual letters/shapes. This may be an issue the Committee may want to review in
greater detail.
The Department recommends that this item be forwarded to the Special Studies Committee
on December 4th for further discussion.
However, if there are no concerns raised by the public or comments from Plan Commission
members that may be resolved in committee, the Department would recommend that the
Plan Commission suspend its rules and move to approve both the ADLS petition at this meeting.
