The site is located at 1701 E. 116th Street. The site is zoned B-3 and is within the Rangeline Road Overlay District. APPROVED with Conditions: PZ-2022-00154 DP/ADLS: 116th and Rangeline – Redevelopment • The Petitioner receives the necessary variance approvals from the Carmel BZA, and • Finalizes the ProjectDox review process with the Planning and Engineering Departments. In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
