TOWN PLAN ~ u CERTIFICATION OF CARMEL/CLAY PLAN COMMISSION'S RECOMMENDATION TO AMEND THE CARMEL CLAY ZONING ORDINANCE Z-289, TO CHANGE THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR THE CITY OF CARMEL AND CLAY TOWNSHIP PURSUANT TO INDIANA CODE 36-7-4-605 ORDINANCE No. Z-367-01 To: The Honorable Common Council of the City of Carmel, Hamilton COUi1ty, Indiana Dear Members: The Carmel/Clay Plan Commission offers you the following report on an Ordinance Amendment to change the official Zoning Map for the City of Carmel and Clay Township as follows: The designation of certain real property from the S-I/Residence and the B-2/Business District Classifications within the US 421/Michigan Road Overlay Zone to the B- 2IBusiness District Classification within the US 421/Michigan Road Overlay Zone, more particularly described as follows: Certain real estate situated in Hamilton County, Indiana, known as Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, lla, 12, and 13 within the North Augusta Subdivision located northeast of the intersection of West 96th Street and North Michigan Road. . The Carmel/Clay Plan Commission's recommendation on the Ordinance Amendment is FAVORABLE. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, as follows: Section I: That the Official Zoning Map accompanying and made part of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby changed to designate the real property from the S-l/Residence and the B-2/Business District Classifications within the US 421/Michigan Road Overlay Zone to the B-2/Business District Classification within the US 421/Michigan Road Overlay Zone. Section H: All prior Ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with any provision of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
