Illinois The office building at 11299 N Illinois Street is transitioning into a multi-tenant building. Ownership seeks to establish a sign program for the building. Wall Signs  (2) signs on the East Elevation and (2) signs on the West elevation per attached drawings and site plan.  Maximum sign area is 300 square feet each sign.  Signs will consist of internally illuminated, face lit channel letters and logo per drawings.  (3) of the sign location mount on spandrel glass. These 3 signs will require 3” x 2” aluminum stringers to support the sign letters.  The stringers will be painted black to blend with the spandrel glass.  The spandrel glass will be “blacked out” on the inside so that the sign cannot be seen when looking out of the windows.  The sign on the West elevation at the North end will mount flat to the wall.  Letters will have translucent white faces, logo elements will have color to meet tenant’s graphic standards. Monument Sign  Aluminum letters and logos will mount to existing concrete retaining wall per attached drawings.  Total sign area not to exceed 75 square feet each side.  Letters can be painted any color that properly contrasts the concrete wall and meets the tenant’s graphic standards.  Letter will be stud mounted flat to retaining wall.  Signs will be externally illuminated with fixtures approved in variance.
