Division 1 Demolition
1. Remove eXisting cabinetry, appliances, flooring, soffits, finishes, and light
fixtures in Kitchen and Bar as shown on drawings. Save appliances for
reinstallation as directed by Architect.
2. Remove existing floor covering at Dining Room, Entry, Hallways, Powder
Room, Storage Room 1 and 2, Family Room, and Breakfast Room as shown
on drawings.
3. Remove wall below existing window in Bar to allow for installation of new
door (Door #1).
4. Remove track lighting and fireplace mantle at Family Room.

5. None included.
Division 3 Concrete
6. None included.
Division 4 Masonry
7. Patching at new door to Bar as needed
Division 5 Metal
8. Custom stainless steel island countertop and mantle
