Remove existing floor covering at Dining Room, Entry, Hallways, Powder Room, Storage Room 1 and 2, Family Room, and Breakfast Room as shown on drawings. 3. Remove wall below existing window in Bar to allow for installation of new door (Door #1). 4. Remove track lighting and fireplace mantle at Family Room. Division 2 Sitework 5. None included.
