Upon review of the preliminary elevations, I confirm that the proposed design
meets the architectural standards and requirements established in the WestClay
Commercial Architectural Building Guidelines. I grant preliminary approval of the
design provided for the pad 3 in the Uptown section of WestClay upon full
compliance with architectural standards for The Village of WestClay.

Sales approves the proposed outdoor garden center as proposed.
The PRA looks forward to giving final approval to this project when all required drawings are submitted.
