THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING, AND VERIFYING, THAT ALL PERMITS AND APPROVALS AREOBTAINED FROM THE RESPECTIVE CITY, COUNTY, STATE AND FEDERAL AGENCIES PRIOR TO STARTING CONSTRUCTION.5.
