Height 18 ft., 20 ft. proposed The applicant seeks site plan and design approval and waiver approval for a new accessory building and parking expansion. The new accessory building will be 20’ tall and 1,920 sq. ft. 42 new parking spaces will be added. The overall site is 5.32 acres in size. Alexia Lopez – City of Carmel Planning & Zoning - No comments. 9:20 a.m. Docket No. PZ-2020-00116 SP: Windward at Legacy Townhomes Secondary Plat The applicant seeks administrative approval of the secondary plat and construction plans for 142 townhome lots on 12 acres. The site is located at approximately 7036 Equality Blvd., southwest of 146th St. and Community Dr. It is zoned Legacy PUD/Planned Unit Development (Z-501-07). Filed by Kyle Eichhorn of HWC Engineering, on behalf of Lennar Homes of Indiana, Inc. Kyle Eichhorn of HWC Engineering presented the project. Ms. Conn confirmed that the County Surveyor’s Office and Carmel Police Department were the last two reviewers left to submit comments on ProjectDox. Mr. Eichhorn responded that Lennar would confirm these items with Ms. Lopez directly.
