Sign Permit Approval
RE: Update of exterior signage for retail location
To whom it may concern,
Evereve is located at 14935 Clay Terrace Blvd, Suite 120, Carmel, IN 46032. We are
currently mobilizing to begin an interior remodel and expansion of this space. We will also
be updating the exterior of the newly expanded space with fresh paint, new awnings and a
new storefront sign which reflects our new logo. We plan to re-open this space in mid-
March with exterior work to be completed as soon as the weather is favorable.
As the tenant we have reviewed and approved these drawings. In addition, all plans have
been reviewed and approved by landlord.
