At the meeting held on Monday, February 27, 2023, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the
following action regarding the Use Variance (UV) and Development Standards Variance (V) requests filed by you
for the property located at 4991 E. Main Street:
DENIED: Insurance Office Variances, Use Variance and Developmental Standards Variance approvals for:
• Docket No. PZ-2022-00192 UV: Office use not allowed, Use variance requested,
• Docket No. PZ-2022-00193 V: Ground Sign type requested for residential structure converted to office,
• Docket No. PZ-2022-00201 V: Minimum 40-ft front yard building setback required, 31-ft requested.
