ALL FINISH MATERIALS SPECIFIED TO THE ARCHITECT ALL FABRICATED ITEMS, AND PHYSICAL SAMPLES OF THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS OF PRIOR TO PUNCH LIST WALK THROUGH. CONSTRUCTION CLEANING AT PROJECT CLOSE OUT, GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A THOROUGH OF THE EQUIPMENT FURNISHED BY THEIR TRADE. SHALL INSTRUCT THE OWNER IN THE PROPER USE TIME OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION. THE CONTRACTOR DELIVER SAID PRINTED MATTER TO THE OWNER AT THE PROVIDED WITH EQUIPMENT OR MATERIALS USED, AND INSTRUCTIONS AND WARRANTY INFORMATION THAT IS THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PRESERVE ALL PRINTED FINAL ACCEPTANCE, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. SHALL BE COMPLETE IN ALL RESPECTS PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION OF ALL SELECTED MATERIALS WHICH THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DIMENSIONAL INFORMATION. REFER TO PLANS, SECTIONS AND DETAILS FOR ALL SCALE THE DRAWINGS TO DETERMINE DIMENSIONS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE CONTRACTOR EQUAL QUALITY TO THE PRODUCT SPECIFIED. PROPOSED FOR SUBSTITUTION IS OR IS NOT OF OWNER BE REQUIRED TO PROVE THAT A PRODUCT WARRANTY. CONFIRMATIONS AND DELIVERY DATES FOR SUCH LONG UPON REQUEST FROM THE OWNER, SUBMIT ORDER AFFECTING THE PROJECT SCHEDULE AND SHALL, FOR ADVISING THE OWNER OF ALL LONG LEAD ITEMS THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURTHER BE RESPONSIBLE WORK, BUILDING STANDARDS, SCHEDULE AND DEADLINES. FAMILIARIZING HIMSELF WITH THE PROJECT SCOPE OF THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMED UNTIL THE CONDITIONS ARE CORRECTED. NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY, AND NO WORK SHALL BE UNACCEPTABLE, THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE CONCERNED. IF ANY SUCH CONDITIONS ARE ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS AND SURFACES CONTRACTOR OR SUBCONTRACTOR CONSTITUTES SHOULD BE USED. COMMENCING WORK BY A GOOD WORKMANSHIP CUSTOMARY TO THE TRADE COMPETENT MECHANICS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING OR PRODUCT, WHICHEVER IS LONGER.
