We are requesting variance approval for our lot from the City of Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals. We are planning to be on the March docket for this request and appreciate if you could reach out to the board for their review/approval and provide us with the HOA approval letter. First, we are seeking a front lot setback variance of 25 feet vs 30 feet. This has been approved by 3 other lots in the neighborhood. Second, we are seeking to reduce the 25 foot tree preservation variance in the backyard. We would like this reduced by 10 feet to 15 feet. This will allow for adequate yard space for a pool and pool deck and a slightly larger yard for our 3 girls.
