Explanation
C.P. Morgan and J.C. Hart are co-developing a 43 acre parcel of real estate for multi-family
'and office use. The real estate is outlined in white on the enclosed aerial photograph. It is located
on the west side of Gray Road, between 106th Street and 96th Street, north of and adjacent to
Bottamiller Enterprises, south of and adjacent to Martin-Marietta's lake, and east of and adjacent to
the Williamson Run community.
C.P. Morgan is developing the office portion of this mixed use community. In this regard,
C.P. Morgan is requesting an amendment to the previously approved development plan and plat.
To this end, enclosed are revised plans and elevations. Also enclosed are letters of support and
approval from both the Williamson Run community and J.C. Hart.
We look forward to presenting this request on December 17, 2001.
Respectfully submitted,
c-= ~~--~-~

re: North Haven
Office Park Revisions
Dear Mark:
We have reviewed the renderings of your proposed CP Morgan headquarters
building and the updated site plans.
It is our belief that the current plans offer substantially the same aesthetics as
the building originally proposed and will be harmonious with the plans for
North Haven Apartments which project plans have been approved and are
under construction on the adjoining lot in the North Haven subdivision.

WILLIAMSON RUN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
November 8,2001
Mark Boyce
C. P. Morgan Company, Inc.
301 East Carmel Drive, Ste. E300
Carmel, Indiana 46032
Dear Mark,
Thank you for providing us a copy of the rendering of the newest design of the C.P. Morgan office
building. Our association's~board has reviewed the new building design.
We are pleased that you have decided to stay with a two (2) story building. As we understand, the
rendering we were provided reflects the evaluation of both sides of the building. If this is the case,
we are in agreement with the new design. Weare also pleased that the parking lot to the south of
your new offices will be on a smaller scale and that additional trees will be planted.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to direct them to either ce Young or myself.
