Carmel Drive, #E300 Carmel, IN 46032 re: North Haven Office Park Revisions Dear Mark: We have reviewed the renderings of your proposed CP Morgan headquarters building and the updated site plans. It is our belief that the current plans offer substantially the same aesthetics as the building originally proposed and will be harmonious with the plans for North Haven Apartments which project plans have been approved and are under construction on the adjoining lot in the North Haven subdivision. E300 Carmel, Indiana 46032 Dear Mark, Thank you for providing us a copy of the rendering of the newest design of the C.P. Morgan office building. Our association's~board has reviewed the new building design. We are pleased that you have decided to stay with a two (2) story building. As we understand, the rendering we were provided reflects the evaluation of both sides of the building. If this is the case, we are in agreement with the new design. Weare also pleased that the parking lot to the south of your new offices will be on a smaller scale and that additional trees will be planted. Should you have any questions, please feel free to direct them to either ce Young or myself. cc: Mike Keller Bruce Young
