Docket No. 145-01 PP; CMC Properties Subdivision (primary Plat) The applicant seeks approval to plat a 3-lot commercial subdivision on 11.29:1:: acres. The site is located at the northwest comer of West 131 st Street and North Meridian Street. The site is zoned B5/Business and a portion is within the US 31 Overlay Zone. Filed by E. Davis Coots of Coots Henke & Wheeler for CH Land LLC and CMC. The proposed Primary Plat covers, in part, the area including the DP/ADLS application for the Carmel Office Center. The only information provided by the applicant was distributed with the DP/ADLS application for distribution to the Plan Commission. The applicant should come to this meeting prepared with handouts of reduced plans of the subdivision for the Commission. Issues the Department has with the proposed primary plat include the delineation of the right-of- way along 131 st Street at the intersection of US 31 to accommodate the proposed intersection. This should be resolved prior to the committee meeting on February 5th. The Department recommends that this item be forwarded to the Subdivision Committee on Fehruary 5th for further discussion.
