PROJECT SUMMARY
This project is a remodeled tenant improvement project known as LITTLE TULIP TREE, occupying
1,768 square feet of the ground floor of an existing Shell and Core project known as the NASH
Building (D) of Phase 2 at Carmel City Center. LITTLE TULIP TREE project occupies approximately
fifteen percent (15%) of the ground floor area of a three (3) story building. Beneath the
ground floor and separated with a 1-hour fire resistive assembly, is an enclosed basement parking
level.
LITTLE TULIP TREE project is a Group M occupancy, and the construction type of this
project and the shell and core is V-A. The entire facility is fully protected by an automatic sprinkler
system, and is surrounded by at least 30 feet of yard space on three sides.
The LITTLE TULIP TREE tenant is a Mercantile Occupancy offering baby and young kid clothing for
the residences of Carmel.
