The Special Studies Committee of the Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting January
4 2011 regarding the application for approval to add a Directory Sign near the pedestrian entrance to the building
located at 11711 North Meridian Street Carmel within the US 31 Overlay Zone
APPROVED Docket No 10120013 ADLS Amend Meridian Mark II Signage was approved as
presented to the Committee
In order to assist the Departments review please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval
