THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE EXACT LOCATION OF THE EXISTING UTILITIES AND REPAIRING ANY DAMAGE DONE TO THE UTILITIES DURING PROBING OR CONSTRUCTION. THE CONTRACTOR MUST USE WATER OR OTHER METHODS TO KEEP AIRBORNE DUST TO A REQUIRED MINIMUM. 9.THE USE OF EXPLOSIVES IS PROHIBITED. 10.ALL EXCAVATION FOR UTILITIES SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH UTILITY COMPANIES. 11.ROAD, ROAD SHOULDERS, ROAD PAVEMENT, PARKING PAVEMENT, CURBS, DRIVEWAYS, SIDEWALKS, DITCHES, DRAINAGE PIPES AND STRUCTURES, FENCES, LAWNS, TREES, BUSHES, MAILBOXES, STREET AND PUBLIC SIGNS, ADVERTISEMENT SIGNS, ETC., DAMAGED DURING CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE RESTORED, RECONSTRUCTED, REPLACED, OR PROTECTED BY THE CONTRACTOR AT HIS EXPENSE.
