THE CONTRACTOR MUST CLEAN THESE DAILY IF NECESSARY. THE CONTRACTOR MUST USE WATER OR OTHER METHODS TO KEEP AIRBORNE DUST TO A REQUIRED MINIMUM. 13.ALL AREAS WHERE PROPOSED ASPHALT PAVEMENT MEETS THE EXISTING PAVEMENT THE EXISTING PAVEMENT EDGE SHALL BE PROPERLY SEALED WITH A TACK COAT MATERIAL. 1.UTILITY RELOCATIONS REQUIRED BY THE PROJECT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEVELOPER. UTILITY LINE RELOCATIONS REQUIRED FOR ROAD PROJECTS THAT RESULT IN A CONFLICT WITH PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT SHALL BE THE DEVELOPER TO RESOLVE WITH THE UTILITY. EXISTING POLE LINES REQUIRED TO BE RELOCATED TO WITHIN ONE FOOT OF PROPOSED RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE. 2.ALL EXISTING PERIMETER ROAD DRAINAGE STRUCTURES AND BRIDGES ACROSS THE FRONTAGE OF THIS DEVELOPMENT ARE INDICATED ON THE PLANS. PROVISIONS HAVE BEEN MADE TO IMPROVE OR REPLACE ANY DRAINAGE STRUCTURES AND BRIDGES AS NECESSARY OR AS REQUEST BY THE CITY TO ACCOMMODATE THE PAVEMENT WIDENING, AUXILIARY LANES, MULTI-USE PATH, AND ANY OTHER REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PROPERTY OR THE ROADWAY. THE COST TO IMPROVE OR REPLACE ANY DRAINAGE STRUCTURES AND BRIDGES WILL BE BORNE BY THE DEVELOPER. 3.DAMAGE TO THE EXISTING RIGHT-OF-WAY SHALL BE RESTORED/REPAIRED TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE CITY AT THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT. THE CONTRACTOR IS ENCOURAGED TO INSPECT THE RIGHT-OF-WAY WITH THE CITY PRIOR TO THE START OF CONSTRUCTION TO DOCUMENT THE EXISTING CONDITION OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY. 4.CONTRACTOR SHALL PROTECT THE EXISTING CITY DUAL DUCT BANK IN THE RIGHT -OF-WAY.
