NOTIFY ARCHITECT OF ANY DEVIATIONS FROM THOSE CONDITIONS AS THEY ARE NOTED ON THE DRAWINGS. 2. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE AND SCHEDULE ALL WORK WITH THE OWNER. 3. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ALL STATE AND LOCAL BUILDING CODES AND GOVERNMENT REGULATORY AGENCIES. 4.
