Dear Ms. Jones:
At the meeting held on Monday, August 28, 2017, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing
Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the
property located at 11611 N. Meridian Street:
APPROVED: Docket No. 17060009 V: Development Standards Variance for Sign must face street right of
way required, Sign facing north requested.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned
Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous
construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension
of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the
approval is August 28, 2020.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
